There’s Nothing Cozy About a Studio Apartment

March 10, 2025March 10, 2025 ~ Baylee ~ Leave a comment

It’s 8:30 and
I’m half dressed and
I’m nowhere near ready to
start my day

Jenny told me to salt the grounds
Something about acidity
Spotting me with my paper cup in
a moment of lucidity

It still tasted awful
Homemade coffee always does
unless you’re not the one who
brewed and poured it

So I might never have
a good cup
again
